Essential Oils for Your First Trimester

You just found out you are pregnant! Now what? During your first trimester your body is adjusting to this new bundle of joy that is making a comfy home in your belly for the next nine months. Instead of worrying about what could happen during your first trimester, we have you covered. Check out some of our recipes to help with the common symptoms you might face during the first few months.

I would like to note: this blog is based on research and my personal experience being pregnant. I am not a doctor, and always recommend you talk to your doctor before adding anything new to your lifestyle while pregnant. I read online that oils were not safe during the first trimester, but my doctor gave me the green light to use them right away.
