Change your pillow case right after a facial, and at least once a week.
Wash your face, neck, and chest twice a day and splash at least 10 times to get all of the dirt out of the pores. (Use charcoal cleanser if you are more prone to breakouts or have normal-oily skin).
Exfoliate gently with baking soda twice a week for 2 minutes, rinse, then apply pumpkin face mask on
your face, neck, and chest. Leave on for 15 minutes, rinse, tone, and
moisturize. The glycolic acid helps remove built up of dead skin and
clogged pores. You can also use it as a spot treatment on bumps daily as
you feel them coming up.
Don't over exfoliate. This can cause breakouts! Only exfoliate one or two times a week, and don't be harsh.

1-2 times a day to help remove any extra dirt, oil, and makeup. Plus
the Vitamin C gives you anti-oxidants which help fight free radicals.
