I (Jennifer) keep getting emails and walk-ins from people wanting help with their skin. They have sensitive skin, get breakouts, or are tired of paying for overpriced skin care filled with chemicals and water. I copy and pasted a recent email from our website, and she writes:

"I just turned 50 years old. My skin had been changing for the last two years. I have lots of breaks outs, especially my lower face and chin. As a teenager, I had an occasional zit, nothing major. I've tried all the "name brand stuff" no help. Do you have any advice? Do you offer a product that could help me. If I cover them up with makeup - makes it worse! Thanks. "

My response is below:

"Thank you for your email! Do you live near Chattanooga? If so, I’d love for Lynda (our aesthetician) to give you a free skin analysis, and an organic facial. She is SO helpful to ‘read your skin’. Your pH  might be out of whack, you might be over scrubbing, or trying too many products and irritating your skin. (Plus, our hormones are no help at all)!"

Our Food For The Face Organic Skin care products are pretty simple, and are loaded with nourishing food based organic ingredients. Our natural skin care doesn't try to “fix” you, or make you perfect, but is intended to feed your skin. Once you get your pH balanced, then daily washing, toning, and moisturizing is all you need.

I will tell you that Lynda loves to recommend that you exfoliate your skin with our baking soda, rinse thoroughly, then apply the pumpkin facial mask. It might cause a little bit of tingling or mild flaking the first few days, but it really helps get rid of the breakouts. After the pumpkin facial mask, be sure to use our green tea face cream, it is the best moisturizer for sensitive skin.

Facial Mask

We’d love to see you use the whole organic skin care set so we can control your exact routine, but if not, then we’d recommend the baking soda, pumpkin facial mask, and green tea face cream to help clear up breakouts.

I hope this helps. Lynda is in the office on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday if you want to discuss your routine with her. Thank you so much, and best of luck :)
