It's Steph here! I want to address a question we have been getting from a lot of our regulars. "Will there be a Spring Soiree this year?" The short answer is yes and no! For you long answer folks, keep reading...
The Spring Soiree is no small event for us; in fact, we typically start planning it in February. This year that just couldn't happen, and here's why. At the end of January, my sweet daddy suffered from a serious cardiac event. So serious we almost lost him in the moment, and he was flown to Vanderbilt ICU. We had 40 precious days surrounding his hospital bed, singing, reading, laughing, and crying before he passed on to eternity on March 4th.
Those of you who have lost loved ones know that the grief plus the whirlwind of things/events that have to happen when someone passes is nearly crushing. Needless to say, Chris and I have felt like the most important place for us to be in our spare time is with my mother.
Sometimes Plans Change
With spring upon us and no party planning to-date, we have decided to postpone the festivities so we ensure you are getting the same lovely experience. This year, we will have a Summer Soiree!
Will there be deals? YES! Will there be flowers and bubbles? OF COURSE! While the date is not yet set, keep your eyes on our newsletters for updates on the event (as well as exciting upgrades to our brand)!
