I am a vocalist, but battle pretty severe "stage fright", and as I age, it has gotten worse. I'm new to the oil scene, but someone mentioned that frankincense is good for the nerves. After I noticed this blend has frankincense in it, I decided to give it a try. I oiled up right under my nose and my nerves calmed almost immediately. Thinking it was a fluke, I waited until my next performance to test it again, and again, I was amazed at the calming effect it had on me. It doesn't hurt that it also smells amazing!
